What This Page Is

This page lists the quick actions you can take about your information with us. For the full picture — what we collect and why — read the Privacy Policy. Every action below is free and we answer within one business day.

See What We Have

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you — name, contact details, inquiry and order history, and any artwork files you sent us. Email us and we will reply with everything we have on file, in a format you can read.

Correct It

If something we have is wrong — a phone number, a delivery address, a company name — tell us the right version and we will update it. The corrections also reach the order record so nothing ships to an old address.

Delete It

You can ask us to delete your personal data. There are two honest exceptions: records we must keep for tax or finance law, and the artwork files we need to honor the 3-year LED warranty. Everything else is deleted from active systems and confirmed to you.

Stop Follow-Ups

We do not run marketing campaigns, but we may follow up on a quote that did not convert (for example, “did you still want the sign?”). Reply to any such message with “unsubscribe” or email us asking to stop, and we remove you from follow-up within one business day.

Unhappy With Our Response?

If you believe we are not handling your data in line with the Privacy Policy or the law, you can raise it with the data-protection authority in your region — in the United States, the FTC handles complaints about online privacy at reportfraud.ftc.gov; in Canada, the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at privcom.gc.ca. But try us first — most of these requests resolve with a short email exchange.
